Hi, my name is John, and I am the founder of Wellestag. I am an electrical engineer and embedded software developer in Ottawa, Canada. I have designed technology for the telecom, consumer electronics, and aerospace industries for over two decades. Now, I am putting those skills to use to start my own company.
A few years ago I had an idea for a men's vibrator. Of course I've seen the flashlight-style sleeves, and the mechanical thrusters, and they work okay for many guys. But I wanted something that was completely hands-off, that required no messy lubes, that had no violent motions or twisting to cause injury, and required no cleaning, ever. After many false starts, numerous prototypes, and lots of testing and refinement, I built something that really works.
Currently I build and assemble every single Wellestag product! I feel like a craftsman from days gone by. To be honest, robots (3D printers and automated PCB manufacturing) do most of the work! Know that if you buy one of my products, you get something made directly by the engineer who designed it - the electronics, the software, and the mechanical design. In this day and age I think that's something special.
